You have a generous 30-day window from the moment you receive your item to request a return. We believe this gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

For a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be in the same pristine condition you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Remember, mail-in returns come with a shipping fee, but this fee is waived if you choose a store credit refund.

To start the return process, simply get in touch with us at contact@yooforea.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note, we won't be able to accept items sent back to us without prior return request.

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it right away. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately. We'll swiftly assess the situation and make it right for you.

While we strive for flexibility, there are a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We're here to make sure you have the perfect product in your hands. If an item is defective or damaged, we'll gladly exchange it for you. Drop us an email at contact@yooforea.com, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Do keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
