Return Policy

We understand that buying online can be tricky as you do not have the product in your hands when you order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Mail-in returns have a shipping fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yooforea.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@yooforea.ca for further assistance.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Some orders will be fulfilled by Amazon’s logistic system, and may be packaged with Amazon tape.

Your tracking number will show on shipping confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Orders are processed and sent within 1 to 5 business days. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.
